DO NOT DISTURB IT FOR HALF AN HOUR.AFTER IT COMPLEATLY DRY.YOU CAN CUT THE UPPER SIDE OF THE BALOON . THEN PAINT IT LIKE A MASK .YOU CAN MAKE THIS PICTURE AS YOU LIKE FIRST BUY A BALOON WHICH IS HARD AND NOT BRAKE EASILY IF YOU SPECIFY THE BALOON SHOPKEEPER CAN GIVE THIS TO YOU.
